Implement treated seeds, plant cloning and adaptive irrigation for sustainable farming in changing climates.

Use the academic institutions, professors, agriculture teacher and graduate student to provide the training and scientific support.  Link the knowledge of the institutions to the knowledge of the small farmer  in the Eco Bounty Parks to secure the food supply.
